UV light bulbs have to be upgraded once a year

There are a lot of updates that you can make to any house, regardless of its age. I have solar panels on our roof for supplemental power. They charge supercell batteries that I use for backup electricity if the power goes out during a storm for instance. I can also use solar energy to power tools plus appliances in our garage. This is helpful whenever I’m trying to save on electricity costs in the summer time or Winter when I’m cooling plus heating our house respectively. Another update that I added to our house was the integrated lighting system with automation plus smart controls. I have the power to adjust our lights anywhere in our house or on our property from the touch of a button on our smartphone. The app is accessible anywhere plus it’s easy to control the lights when you’re away on trip or for work. This is helpful because it can make your house look “lived in” if it’s getting cased for a burglary. Having your lights turn on plus off at odd times through the afternoon plus night makes it look like someone is residing inside, regardless of whether or not there is a automobile in the driveway. The most recent loft update that I made was adding UV-C bulbs to our heating plus cooling system. You put 1 bulb on either side of the evaporator coil in your air handler plus they help sanitize the air moving through your Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. On top of that, these UV-C lights keep the evaporator coil wash plus prevent microbial buildup from forming.
