It is unfortunate that you can’t spend more time in a home before buying.
I got to look at my home one time and then decide I was willing to pay an obscene amount of money to live in it the rest of my life.
There are questions that just don’t get answered, then where did the previous owner park their car? Where does the garbage go? What is odd about the house? Unfortunately the last question can only be answered after living in it for a while. I knew there was something strange about the house, I just needed to find it. I hastily found that it was the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit is 17 years old. It can live up to 30 years with proper maintenance. I don’t assume if I can last that long with this machine. Inside the condo when it runs is quite loud. The air blowing out of the indoor air handler makes such a loud operational noise. I also assume it is quite dirty inside and I should Springtime for HVAC duct cleaning. Those are problems for another afternoon. The real issue is the outdoor unit makes a high pitched whistle sound. It is so loud that when you are outside it is pretty painful. I have called Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealers to maintenance it and they said my brand is known for doing that. I could replace the whole inner workings of my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device and it would still whistle. I just need to endure it until it dies. I wish I would have known that when I toured the house. I would have offered less money because I knew I would be buying a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device.
