New addition gets its own HVAC

All it lacked was HVAC because it had running water as well as a full bathroom. It didn’t take too much for us to repair this place up. The HVAC people came out to install a ductless HVAC device as well as all of us were in business. Now all of us have a good tenant as well as are making back much of the currency all of us lost.
