If someone asks me my opinion on whether or not to buy or build a house, I answer carefully.
I have done both.
The people I was with and I bought our family home 25 years ago when the people I was with and I were starting our family. This ended up in a confrontation that led us to do the choosing of the subs and he did the planning of the work. Thankfully, the people I was with and I found some superb people to so crucial work. One of the best the people I was with and I found was the Heating and Air Conditioning company. He executed our Heating and Air Conditioning plans perfectly. The work this Heating and Air Conditioning company did was so superb that this is the best Heating and Air Conditioning heating & cooling comfort I have ever experienced.
