I Over Communicate With My Homeowners

As an Heating as well as A/C professional, I have to be very cautious about what I say to the homeowners I work with.

A lot of them are frustrated plus cranky because their Heating as well as A/C plan isn’t laboring constantly plus they can’t understand why, then before I became an Heating as well as A/C professional myself, I never understood what the Heating as well as A/C professionals were telling me when they took care of the equipment.

It’s partially why I got our certification. When the Heating as well as A/C professional would leave our house, I’d look up all the terms he threw our way. I would spend at least an hour researching everything plus trying to understand what was happening with our Heating as well as A/C system. I very enjoyed reading about Heating as well as A/C systems, however I know a lot of other people don’t. When I got our Heating as well as A/C certification, I made it our mission to communicate with every homeowner I worked with. I didn’t care if it took me twice the time, because I wanted everyone to know confident in our work! Part of feeling confident was understanding the terminology plus putting a picture to the words I was talking about. To make things easier, I carry around photos of weird parts I commonly work on plus I show them to the homeowners as I’m talking about them. This helps them understand plus it gives me credibility. I never leave a home until I’m confident that the homeowner knows what I did to their Heating as well as A/C plan plus why. I know I’m doing something right, because I have amazing reviews on our website.
