Working difficult to build up our patron base without pressuring people

Something that I was thinking was how a lot of customers are busy out by some of our costly Heating and A/C services.

I asked the boss if the two of us could do coupon specials every week to get more interest in some of our services. He decided that the two of us could try to do something like that, but both of us started with cheap air duct cleaning to see how that would go. When people stumbled upon our coupons, the two of us really started getting a lot of calls asking for our air duct cleaning services. With those air duct cleanings the two of us were able to talk about other potential problems with people’s Heating and A/C systems. Of course there was no pressure, it was all about keeping Heating and A/C systems in excellent laboring condition, nobody cares about to be pressured and it’s against our policy to do anything like that. If any of the Heating and A/C workers at our company get caught trying to pressure people, they will be disciplined instantly and in some cases fired. Both of us really have some of the finest Heating and A/C professionals though including myself. I have consistently enjoyed this type of work and I’m entirely cheerful that the two of us are making steps to make customers’ lives more hassle free at least when it comes to heating and cooling services. With upcoming specials, I am thinking about taking a percentage off on replacements for new customers. I’ll see if the boss thinks that’s a good method or not. I feel that if the two of us do this, the two of us will get a bunch of new customers and they might be interested in our Heating and A/C service plans!
