A day in the sun turns out badly

My boyfriend and I decided to go to the beach on Tuesday.

I rarely have a weekend day off labor and it was the perfect weather for a day at the beach.

My boyfriend and I planned to stay in a hotel on Tuesday night and returned back house early on Sunday day. We made the drive early Tuesday day and the temperature was already warm and humid by the time the two of us arrived. My boyfriend and I spent most of the day kneeling out on the beach. I fell asleep for an hour and I forgot to turn. I ended up with a disappointing sunburn on my arms, legs, and chest. As soon as I woke up, I could think the tightness in my skin and I knew that I must have been burned badly. I decided to go back to the hotel to get some Tylenol and aloe vera gel. I quickly fell asleep on the bed in front of the air conditioner. The chilly air felt good on my red warm skin. I turned down the temperature on the fan, so the air conditioner would run constantly. The gentle however chilly breeze soothed my aching skin. I didn’t wake up until my boyfriend returned to the room, then he was sad about my safety, since I never came back from the hotel room. I was too burnt and hurt to move, so the two of us spent the rest of the night in our room, however room maintenance brought us steak and potatoes and crepes suzette, then next time I decide to nap on the beach, I’m going to set a loud alarm.
