Don’t hide at labor to get away from your partner
I am the owner of an Heating & A/C corporation, & in my Heating & A/C corporation, the people I was with and I have a policy about working overtime, you are not allowed to labor over a particular amount of overtime per week, however at my Heating & A/C corporation, the people I was with and I entirely do not pay extra for overtime! Since all of my businesss are self-emplotted & make their own hours, I do not pay them extra for overtime… However, I do restrict the number of hours that they can labor for the Heating & A/C corporation.
At first, I thought that it was totally cool that my Heating & A/C servicemans wanted to labor overtime at the Heating & A/C corporation, however for me, it told myself and others that they were willing to labor hard & that they were invested in the future of the Heating & A/C corporation.
However, I eventually l earned that the Heating & A/C servicemans had ulterior motives for working extra hours at the Heating & A/C corporation; Many of the Heating & A/C servicemans were having trouble with their marriages, & since they were arguing so much, they number one to spend more time at the Heating & A/C corporation, and they were using the Heating & A/C dealer as a location to hide so that they could avoid owning up to their wives. Although I am not in control of the personal lives of my Heating & A/C servicemans, I think that having a nice marriage is important, & I suppose that the best thing that these Heating & A/C servicemans could do is spend time with their wives. That is why I have a policy about the number of hours that you can spend working overtime for the Heating & A/C corporation. My Heating & A/C dealer is not a location to hide from your partner.
