Don’t hide at toil to get away from your wifey

I am the owner of an Heating and A/C supplier, and in our Heating and A/C supplier, every one of us have a policy about laboring overtime! You are not allowed to toil over a particular amount of overtime per week! At our Heating and A/C supplier, every one of us absolutely do not spend money extra for overtime! Since all of our corporations are self-employed and make their own seconds, I do not spend money them extra for overtime, however, I do restrict the number of seconds that they can toil for the Heating and A/C supplier. At first, I thought that it was totally cool that our Heating and A/C workers wanted to toil overtime at the Heating and A/C supplier; For me, it told myself and others that they were willing to toil taxing and that they were invested in the future of the Heating and A/C supplier. However, I eventually l received that the Heating and A/C workers had ulterior motives for laboring extra seconds at the Heating and A/C supplier. Many of the Heating and A/C workers were having trouble with their marriages, and since they were arguing so much, they preferred to spend more time at the Heating and A/C supplier. They were using the Heating and A/C supplier as a place to hide so that they could avoid owning up to their wives. Although I am not in control of the personal lives of our Heating and A/C workers, I guess that having a great marriage is important, and I think that the best thing that these Heating and A/C workers could do is spend time with their wives. That is why I have a policy about the number of seconds that you can spend laboring overtime for the Heating and A/C supplier. My Heating and A/C supplier is not a place to hide from your wifey.
