Spring is here, birds are chirping, children are outside riding their bicycles and you see the man bods mowing their lawns, proud with no shirt on.

To be honest it’s not my thing but more power to them.

You see the green of the leaves making a comeback after a long winter. The color green, that color signifies that summer is around the corner and that means warmer temperatures. I’m not a fan of summer but spring and fall are what I love. Green always reminds me that the beaches are opening soon but I am not a person who enjoys the beach. Actually, I don’t like the excessive heat at all. Green reminds me that I have limited time to reach out to the HVAC company to look at my cooling system. I can do the small maintenance of replacing the air filters but I always like an HVAC technician to make sure everything is good to go for the summer. I don’t want to feel any of the heat. A big plus in my life is that I work from home so I don’t go out much during the summer unless it’s a family get together. I order a lot of takeouts and yeah summer is when I put on the pounds. It’s kind of odd because in the other seasons, you’ll find me out and about. The problem is no one else likes to. It’s strange, I know but it’s how I live my life. So I have limited time until summer hits and then I go into hibernation until fall.

I opened my trunk and there was an air conditioner slightly broken from all the moving around.

I think there is something wrong with my car. There is loud banging in the rear part and it’s making me nervous. Every time I hit a bump I hear a bang. I hope there is nothing with my struts or anything. I really don’t want to spend money to have a mechanic repair my car. Doesn’t matter, my anxiety kicked in and I couldn’t drive to work anymore as I was scared that my car would fall apart driving to work. I pulled up to the mechanics shop but it wasn’t open for another 15 minutes. I didn’t mind waiting 15 minutes because I wasn’t going to drive anywhere. After 5 minutes a mechanic came out and said, “I see you arrive a bit early, can I help you.” I told him that I think there is something seriously wrong with my car and asked if he could look at it. He said, “no problem, let’s bring it in.” After a few minutes, he said there was nothing wrong with my car. I was highly confused and told him I was hearing loud noises when I hit bumps on the terrible roads we have. He then asked if I checked the trunk to see if there was anything in it. I opened my trunk and there was an air conditioner slightly broken from all the moving around. I forgot that my husband had an HVAC technician install central air conditioning in our home and I was giving this to the thrift store. I felt like a dummy and told the mechanic thanks for helping and I guess I have a broken air conditioner to throw out now. He told me he’ll throw it out and don’t worry about paying him anything. Lesson to myself, always check the trunk.

I had been looking for a cost effective way to heat my home and that would work really well. And I found that the answer was to invest in radiant heated floors to cover my whole home. And although they were a good expensive investment they were well worth it. And these radiant heated floors will be having me save money on my monthly energy bills in no time at all. Then hopefully within the year, the radiant heated floors will begin starting to pay for themselves in the energy they will be saving. Within the next few years I would have saved so much money on energy they will have paid for themselves and began giving me the extra savings that I have been looking for. Possibly enough savings to even take a nice vacation somewhere with my family. Again I am so happy and over the moon and the sky that my local heating and air conditioning specialist from my local heating and air conditioning company did give me the information about radiant heated floors and how they could really heat my home just as nicely as central heating. And this is all while saving good money on all those usually high energy bills that I end up getting in the very freezing cold winter time months of the entire year. It really was a major and serious godsend!!

You pay almost triple what it would cost for regular heating and air conditioning home service in the local area in which I live.

I recently had my central heating and air conditioning system unit blow out on me right in the middle of one of the biggest heatwaves we have had in ages in my local area. I was so happy that there were emergency heating and air conditioning home services in my area! If I did not have emergency heating and air conditioning home services available near me I do not think I would have been able to get the central heating and air conditioning system fixed as I did. Sometimes if they are fast enough, your home won’t even feel like it lost the central heating and air conditioning. However, it is very much worth the cost of the emergency heating and air conditioning home services. I am more than happy to pay the cost knowing that I will not lose the indoor comfort that my central heating and air conditioning system works so hard to get going. My portable space heater that I have is nice, but it is just simply too powerful to be honest.

So when I have it on at night when I am sleeping I have to set the thermostat of it at a lower level so it doesn’t make me die of heat stroke! That is how powerful it is.

I had thought about returning the portable space heater because of this. However, I had bought it on sale and if I returned it I would either have to forfeit having a portable space heater or I would have to get a replacement that cost almost double what I paid for this. So I decided to keep it instead and just deal with the super powerful heating that it gave off. Because it does work and it works well if you just keep all of that in mind and just make sure that the thermostat is set at a certain place. It works for me just fine now after doing all of the adjusting to it. I actually put some tape on it with notes and markings as to what temperature it will really make the room when I set it at a certain spot. That is my experience and how I handle this overly too powerful portable space heater that I had bought. Other space heaters would not be this way I am sure. I just bought a portable space heater that happens to be overpowerful in today’s heating and air conditioning market. It is all good though and to be perfectly honest I am happy about having such a powerful portable space heater.

I am an independent heating and air conditioning specialist.

And I also work for a local heat and a/c company on the side when business is slow.

Recently when I was working for the local heating and air conditioning company they sent me out on a job to fix a rooftop heating and air conditioning system. This is something I would never take on at my independent heating and air conditioning business. Because rooftop heating and air conditioning systems are more difficult to repair and back when I was in heating and cooling school I was not able to learn anything about rooftop air conditioning and heating systems because they are not that common. So when I have to fix rooftop heating and air conditioning systems at my part time gig at the local heat and a/c company, I have to just wing it and hope that I can get them fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Usually, I do because I am pretty used to it and have done it many times now. But every single time I have to go out there and fix one of those rooftop heating and air conditioning systems, I really do not look forward to it. Like the other week when they sent me on a job for that. It ended up taking me almost double the time it would have for an experienced in rooftop heating and air conditioning repair specialist. But I made it through and did not get in trouble thankfully. I just seriously and sincerely hope that I do not have to ever fix another one of these rooftop heating and air conditioning system units again anytime in the very near future.

I can not tell you how surprising it was to see my very first commercial heating and air conditioning system unit! This thing was so big! I had never in my life seen or known such a size of the heating and air conditioning system unit actually existed.

I have heard about commercial heating and air conditioning systems all of my life, but I had no idea or would have ever imagined they were this big.

The way the thing is shaped and the thickness of it is was just utterly amazing in my opinion. You are probably wondering where the commercial heating and air conditioning system was and where I have seen it. It was actually at my kid’s school. This was where it was. I happened to be walking out from dropping them off at school and saw the side of the building where this monster central heating and air conditioning system was. That was when I realized that this was a commercial heating and air conditioning system and not a regular central heating and air conditioning system like what you would have in your home. I do not think I would ever want something this big in my own home to be honest. But that is also why commercial heating and air conditioning systems are called just that, they are not available for residential heating and cooling. Only available for commercial buildings and businesses like schools. But I just wanted to share this amazing eye opener that I had after seeing a commercial heating and air conditioning system for the very first time in whole entire life!

Mother Nature can occasionally be ruthless and unpredictable. Recent hailstorms in this area have been really bad. Furthermore, it hurt my central heating and air conditioning system unit during one of the hailstorms! It did not malfunction as a result of it or anything similar. However, all it did was dent the living daylights out of it. I now have a central heating and air conditioning system that looks like it was shot up by a mafia hitman. Fortunately, my central heating and air conditioning system is hidden in the back of my house, where only I and any heating and air conditioning specialists who may stop by to perform some heat and a/c home services repair, heat and air conditioning tune-up, or check on my central heating and air conditioning system unit, can see it. I can expect some sort of comment from my heating and air conditioning specialist regarding all the visible damage caused by the hail the next time I have a tune-up or check-up for my HVAC system. But I won’t worry about it if my central heating and air conditioning system unit is still functional. If your central heating and air conditioning system is still in good working order, there is no need to spend thousands of dollars on a new, modern system. If you know what I’m talking about, I’m not going to spend thousands of dollars on something purely externally cosmetic. To me, it doesn’t really matter. However, I am surprised that the hail was so severe. But since the damage is only cosmetic and hasn’t interfered with the system’s operation, I’m glad to say I can just put up with the dents until it’s time for a replacement.

I had no idea that my faulty central heating and cooling system could be fixed with such a straightforward fix.

I had to think of something I had never considered before for my central heating and cooling system.

And the central air conditioning and heating system unit needed to be charged with my freon. My central heating and air conditioning system had malfunctioned, and I initially believed that it was the result of the heating system’s fan or motor overworking itself or the heating system’s normal motor blowing out. This, however, was not at all the case. The local heating and air conditioning company’s heating and air conditioning specialist came to inspect my central heating and air conditioning system, and they discovered that the freon was empty, which was the cause of the unit’s malfunction. It merely needed to be refilled. Actually, I could have fixed this myself and avoided calling in a heating and air conditioning system home services call, which would have cost hundreds of dollars! I was kind of feeling stupid about this, but now that I’m aware of the freon charging, the next time my central heating and air conditioning system unit may break down, I’ll troubleshoot to see if it is, in fact, the freon being empty once more, so that I can avoid spending a few hundred dollars the next time, assuming there will be a next time. Because I’m going to make sure I constantly check the freon as I take care of my central heating and air conditioning system moving forward! I want to avoid making the same error once more.
