Man, am I weary of being inside. I feel like I’ve been staring at the same environment for two weeks straight at this point, & I’m starting to lose my grip, to be honest with you. The weather outside has been less than ideal, & I’ve been seeking refuge indoors for the past multiple weeks. I don’t know how much longer I can take it though, before lodge fever officially takes over & I start to go nutty, then not only am I weary of seeing the same walls every night & afternoon, however I’m getting really sick of breathing the same recycled air, as well… You see, with all this terrible weather, my buddy and I have had the apartment sealed up pretty tight against the outdoor air. Of course my buddy and I have modern Heating & A/C equipment, however the A/C equipment is only working to circulate the same aged indoor air again & again. I know, this happens to everyone sometimes, & it’s less than ideal when we’re trapped in unnatural air conditions, however, beyond generally being aggravated by the stale quality, I suppose that my lungs can really notice the difference. They are starting to itch with every breath I take, & I know that some fresh air would make a big difference The big concern is that it’s too sizzling & humid during the afternoon to let natural ventilation take over inside the house, however at night the temperature dips considerably, however my buddy and I don’t want to leave the entire apartment open all night long. That’s why I’ve insisted that my buddy and I get the whole apartment fan functioning again. Once it’s operable, my buddy and I can use the sizable ventilation fan to efficiently pull fresh outdoor air inside at night. It will only require the apartment to be open for an hour or so to fully refresh the indoor air, & I can finally go back to breathing simple.

I’ll tell you separate from pause that there’s no way I can ever transport back to my home state; It took me a long time to feel this way, as I had to cope with the distance between my family & best friends on earth, however now I realize what an bad place I used to live in, and what was so terrible, you ask? Haha, let me tell you.

I am from the northern Midwest, where there is no such thing as a nice afternoon! The air is regularly either -10 degrees outside, with windchill that brings the realfeel closer to -25, or else it’s 110 degrees outdoors, with humidity that pushes the perceived temperature towards 120.

There is essentially no Spring or fall season, & instead the air temperature stays low until about May when it swings wildly from bitterly chilly to insanely sizzling in the course of a week. There’s no relief from the continually terrible air quality, & everyone is forced to operate their A/C units & heating systems year round. It’s ridiculously extravagant to operate Heating & A/C device 24/7, & the indoor air quality never feels particularly enjoyable anyways, since it’s impossible to let fresh air into the house! On top of all that, the terrain is flat & boring, & there are wild winds that option up across the low lying scenery. In contrast, where I live now is covered with tall & attractive trees. This arborous town is surrounded by historic vegetation, which improve the look & feel of the region while also improving the air quality outdoors. The trees deliver shady protection from the sizzling sun, & wooded protection from extreme winds. There are several occasions to enjoy the wondrous scenery outdoors, & my buddy and I even get to turn off our Heating & A/C systems from time to time.

It’s clear that there are undoubtedly good intentions behind the idea, however occasionally the best of intentions don’t pan out to create the best solution possible. That’s exactly how I feel about the road construction that took 10 years outside our city. That’s how I think of the recent development downtown. And most of all, that’s how I feel about geothermal heat pumps. For a few years I’ve been hearing about these alternative air temperature control systems that work undoubtedly differently than traditional Heating, Ventilation plus A/C units. They have a huge luck to offer most apartment owners, as the heating & cooling systems operate without any energy input whatsoever. This sets them apart from traditional air conditioning & furnace systems, which suck up a ton of electricity to run every afternoon, & create high-priced utility bills each month. The geothermal heat pump, on the other hand, runs through passive energy transfer by moving heat back & forth between the house & an underground energy transfer component. The idea is good for consumers & the temperature, alike, however the heat pump system never fully took off! Thankfully, I may not have to feel downtrodden about this inventive failure for too much longer, since Google feels the same way. Now the massive social influencer is honestly pushing for geothermal heat pump rebranding & further system development. Finally, the right people are working on the right idea, & it may just change air temperature control forever!

• He drives me honestly insane.

He entirely thinks the world of his younger years, then everyday there’s some new way that his upbringing has prepared him for some deranged task at hand, and he drives me up the wall, and right now our huge obstacle is figuring out how to cohabitate with the thermostat. See, my midwest upbringing obviously did not prepare me for the heat and humidity of Atlanta summers. I am more than accustomed to brutally low uneven temperatures, terrible windchill, and drastic snowfall. However, while our summers got plenty sizzling and humid, they are nothing compared to the temperature of the south. On the other hand, my fiance is from goddamn FL! Therefore, any level of heat and mugginess is honestly adequate to him. He sees honestly no complication with a 100 degree afternoon and 90% humidity, because “He’s from FL.” I want to strangle him, and no one should live in those conditions, and it isn’t something to brag about! As such, you can imagine the arguments my buddy and I have over the air conditioning unit at home! While I desperately want to run the AC unit all hours of the afternoon, every single afternoon, he doesn’t understand why I’m so discontent with the natural air quality. He thinks that opening the windows to the house provides reasonable ventilation, and I simply need to accept the disgusting outdoor air conditions, but my buddy and I go back and forth, turning the cooling system off and on. One of these afternoons I know the AC isn’t going to power back on again, and my fiance will finally be able to live like he’s back in sweet home, FL.

I’ve never considered myself to be a businessman of any sort.

I particularly just go about my own business, plus take currency as it comes to me over the course of a normal work morning.

I never had high aspirations of becoming an investor or entrepreneur. Frankly, I’ve always accepted the idea of working 9-5 for my entire life. That’s why it was surprising to all the people, myself included, when I recently invested in a local heating plus cooling dealership in town. It came up quite abruptly, to be honest. It all started when my personal cooling system failed last year plus I had to call the nearest heating plus ventilation maintenance in the phonebook. When they arrived, the A/C supplier was a real dick. He came totally unprepared, barely paid any attention to my cooling system, plus aggressively handed me a quote within 5 minutes of looking at the cooling system. I didn’t understand how this heating plus cooling dealership stayed afloat when they offered such terrible service, but after that I remembered they were the only HVAC company in town! A few mornings later, I overhead a guy at the local pharmacy talking about how he desired to start up a current HVAC dealership. He was a certified heating plus cooling specialist himself, but didn’t have the currency necessary to start up a current business venture. Still feeling disgruntled about my terrible cooling system experience, I stepped forward plus offered him start-up funds without hesitation. I don’t know what came over me. Three months later, we’re just opening the brand current heating, cooling, plus ventilation shop plus our calendar is completely booked solid. I guess I wasn’t the only one who hated the aged HVAC shop.

Occasionally I don’t feel like a real adult.

I have a lot of inner thoughts plus impulses that are more in line with an adolescent, plus I wonder when I’m going to fully transition into boring adulthood.

Well, I suppose I’m taking a huge step these mornings. Recently I have been deeply considering the benefits of home repairs for tax breaks! God, it hurts to even speak that boring, aged guy sentence. See, in the last two years I became a first time homeowner plus I’m still learning the ins plus outs of being a responsible proprietor. One of the things that has recently come to light is the potential to replace my home HVAC device with a tax credit from the government. Apparently there are programs that support the purchase of more energy efficient plus environmentally friendly home heating plus cooling systems. In an effort to decrease overall energy expenditure, the government supports the replacement of modernized heating systems plus cooling systems. All you have to do is purchase one of the most highly energy star rated temperature control system components on the market, plus cost can be deducted from your annual taxes. Best of all, you continue to save currency because of the decreased energy requirements for each piece of home temperature control equipment. In only a few short years, the cooling system or furnace will pay for itself via reduced energy costs each month. As much as I hate thinking about all of these arduous home appliance replacements, I particularly love the thought of all that extra cash. At least I can save currency like an adult, but spend it like a teenager.
