I have seen his painting studio in the finished basement of his home. It is truly nice; However, I was paying a lot more attention to the special sound system he has set up plus I didn’t notice the Heating as well as A/C system at all. However, I got schooled on how crucial proper rapidly changing temperatures plus humidity are to painting recently, but that is because we are going to buy a house together plus transport about one thousand miles to the north. But then Carlos came along, however carlos went to trade school for boiler repair in addition to Heating and A/C work. So I didn’t genuinely like him. That is, before I met him, then once I met Carlos I could see what Emily saw in him. She is a nice young man in addition to she learn a lot of books. It is straight-forward to hold an intelligent conversation with him. I still hoped that Emily would marry someone who makes a bit more money. I don’t know why despite the fact that I just assumed that Carlos made minimum wage laboring in boilers in addition to Heating and A/C. I reminded myself that Emily makes a lot of money on her own so maybe I should be so critical. After all, she could be the one who brings home the bacon. That is more money than I make in addition to I’ve been laboring in accounting for over 30 years now. It is even more money than Emily is making in addition to she has hundreds of thousands of dollars of student loans she is still trying to spend money off. Carlos said she doesn’t have any student loans. She borrowed a few thousand from her uncle to go to trade school for Heating and A/C. Then she paid her uncle back within 2 years of completing her certification. Wow!

Last year respectfully marks one year my good friend and I have been working from home. I know almost everyone have been working from apartment for about a year too & it’s crazy to guess we’re still here. Last year when my manager told me that I was going to start working from apartment I truthfully thought it would be two months tops, and tops. However, It’s respectfully been a year & there are a few things I can take away from my time at home! For one I have decided that I entirely hate my coworker Jen’s heating & cooling system. I know that might sound like a random thing to hate although I can hear the heating & cooling system on every call that my good friend and I have. I guess he must have her temperature control set at sixty because her air conditioner is regularly blasting. It’s wild to me that she lets his air-conditioning go on like this during important calls with her boss, although I guess to each their own. I told myself that I would speak with Jen about her heating & cooling system & how loud it is on every call, however it just never was the right time. We’ve all been dealing with so much at apartment & I don’t want to make Jen feel uncomfortable because I can hear her heating & cooling system. However, I do guess it would be beneficial if she knew that her heating & cooling system is so loud that it was distracting me on our calls. Maybe if my good friend and I do labor from apartment a little bit longer then my good friend and I will really say something to her although I just don’t know that it’s worth it at this point, my good friend and I entirely don’t have that much longer to labor at home, then at least I entirely hope my good friend and I don’t have that much longer to labor at apartment because I am getting quite sick of it to be honest. If I was in the office you’d be able to joke around about the air conditioner in the office email however because we’re working from apartment my good friend and I have to be PC.

There are a couple things in life that you know when you spend extra money on it it’s worth it, you know that you’re spending extra money & at the end of the afternoon it will all be worth it because you were getting a better outcome. However, there are some things I worry about that aren’t worth the money. Some things are just more fancy because they can be. So, when it comes to my heating & cooling maintenance in my condo I regularly want to make sure that I am getting the best deal possible. I entirely don’t feel it’s worth it to spend extra money on heating & cooling maintenance for the most part you might be able to do most of the repairs yourself. Thankfully my mom raised me so that I knew how to repair heating & cooling systems & not have to call a heating cooling contractor to do it for me. I know that most moms don’t teach their daughters how to do things like this & for that I am actually grateful. I know my mom went out of his way to teach me things so that I would be a more useful person as a group. And for that I am grateful. I feel that I’m going to have to call the local heating cooling contractor for this next issue because I’m not sure I will be able to repair it on my own & I don’t want to mess up my current heating & cooling system because I know my wifey would be actually unhappy with me if I did.

I live in a legitimately small house.

I have recently moved in as well as so far I am affectionate it.

I feel like I finally have a space that I could call my own as well as it’s so nice to just be able to come home every day as well as not have to worry that someone elses things are scattered all around my apartment. I am kind of handy with a tool belt so I decided I should just do it myself. I watched lots of videos and study up on everything. Then I got to labor with my tools, a vacuum and some oil. I took my time and was genuinely careful but when I put everything back together, my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system simply would not turn on. I took it apart again and looked at all of the connection but everything was right. I knew I had to call in the professionals. This was over my head. A real Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier came out the genuinely next day and the serviceman took one look at my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, flipped a switch on the side, and said, “well here is your problem.” I felt so stupid. I had simply turned off my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system like you might turn off a light switch. The switch must have gotten bumped when I was moving things around. It might have even gotten caught on the cleaning rag or something. I did not even know there was an off switch! Other than that, the serviceman said I did a good job cleaning, for the most part. He gave me some hints and tips for next time but he also indicated that his supplier cleans Heating, Ventilation and A/C systems for genuinely little currency. It sounded like a good deal but I kind of just want to do it myself. How else will I ever learn?

I am the go to guy for small apartment repairs in the family.

I know I have just always been handy with tools and figuring out how stuff works.

I absolutely don’t mind helping out the rest of the family from time to time and they usually know what is on my level and what they need to call out a professional for. They also usually wait until normal waking hours before calling me, however but last evening I got a call from my uncle at 2 am. It seems his a/c had stopped working and he wanted me to come and see if I could repair it. I have never gotten along well with this uncle, he is a bit of a loudmouth and has strong political opinions and I just don’t like being around him, however nonetheless, I said I would come and take a look in the morning, but he called again at 7 am and wanted to know when I was coming over and then he complained about being hot all evening with no a/c, as if that was my fault. I made it to his apartment about two hours later and started looking around his Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. It appeared to me that the compressor was seized up. I found another compressor online and told him the cost. He wanted me to pay for it! He said, “Well this is your show.” I told him that, genuinely they don’t make the compressor he needs anymore and he will have to call out the air conditioning professionals. He said he was thrilled he didn’t buy the compressor that was the wrong fit and that I am what is wrong with young people. I actually dodged a bullet here.

A client of ours called about a awful aroma coming out of her Heating and A/C vents, and i was dispatched for a vent cleaning and possible vent sealing! When your vents stink, it can be anything from mold to a dead critter the crawled into them and died, thankfully, this one did not end up being a dead critter but it was a odd one.

It seems that vent was not covered in the dining room and their 6 year-old child had been throwing food down there, unbeknownst to the parents.

I guess this is a family that has to clean their plates and the child just didn’t like particular food. Whatever the cause, there was now several weeks of seasoned molding food in the Heating and A/C vent that I had to clean out. And the house stunk, and man did it aroma bad. The lady of the house had some scented candles around but it did little to help the situation. Apparently they have been trying to figure out where the aroma was coming from for some time. I ended up doing a complete and thorough vent cleaning. I also cleaned the Heating and A/C system genuinely superb and installed charcoal and baking soda filters. It took all morning and was genuinely nasty work. Most of the food in the vent was unrecognizable. It had all molded together or, in some cases, turned to a sticky, watery liquid. I also put a cover over any vents missing cover and recommended the child’s seat be moved away from the vent for future meals. I doubt I will have to tell our customers this twice as they were rather frustrated to discover the cause of the stink.

When the mountains nearby burn there is nothing for us to do however close up the house plus blast the air conditioning.

My buddy and I are not so close to the mountains that my good friend and I are ever in any real danger however my good friend and I get a lot of smoke when the mountains burn.

Ash falls down from the sky like it is snowing. That ash plus smoke get into anything plus everything. Thankfully our Heating plus Air Conditioning system works on a closed system. This means that the air is taken from inside the house, cooled, plus returned to the house. Air is not taken from outside. My buddy and I also have genuinely good sealing on all of our doors plus windows. But, of course, my good friend and I still must go in plus out throughout the afternoon so some smoke gets in, then for that, my good friend and I have a genuinely good filtration system built right into our Heating plus Air Conditioning system. It has UV lighting plus more than one filter. It works great. It took us about a year to get everything installed in the house like it is, but during our first fire season here, my good friend and I could really see the smoke inside of the house. My asthma was genuinely awful plus no one could breathe right. My buddy and I all started researching ways to keep the smoke out. It was either that or my good friend and I would have to move. The special filtration system cost quite a bit, so did the sealing, however it was so worth it. It makes our condo livable, no matter what is going on outside. I think the filtration system helps with our allergies, in general, too. I am so delighted my good friend and I didn’t have to transfer because I genuinely do appreciate it here.
