After having the same air conditioning system for about 10 years now and decided that I want to go ahead and buy a new one.

My old one is still working fine but I’m just ready to upgrade to something more modern. I’ve been visiting different heating and AC companies to take a look at all the different heating and air conditioning models that they have available. I must say that picking a new air conditioning system hasn’t been as easy as I expected it would be, and this is just mostly because there are so many different heating and AC systems that are available at these HVAC companies. It’s so different from back in the day, because of how much heating and cooling technology has evolved. I still remember when I was a kid and my dad had our heating system replaced after it stopped working and he took me with him when he went down to the local HVAC business back then. They only had two heating systems that he could choose from! It’s so different now it’s like I go into the heating section and I just see so many different options. So I’ve been really talking it over with my wife and doing a lot of research so I can make the best decision for us, and try to find a new system that will fit our budget. Unfortunately, many heating and air conditioning systems can cost thousands of dollars since I’m trying to save some money as much as possible.

I had just finalized my divorce. The proceedings had just dragged along, but finally, it was over. I moved out of our marital mansion into a smaller condo. I was now to furnish the house to my liking. It was a big adjustment from the estate, where I had so much space I did not know what to do about it. Today is a nice day with temps hitting the 70F mark, which is great for the beginning of February.

We will probably still get some cold days, but for now it looks like the weekend is going to be a warm one with lots of tourists on the streets.

Another workweek in the bag and it looks like this weekend is going to be a nice one.

Today we will go for a train ride to another town with the kids and look around, we may even ride some of the rides at the amusement park too.

The kids are getting big enough where we don’t have to watch them every second so it makes for a more fun time when we go on these days trips with them. Other than that, we will be getting our HVAC system cleaned, namely the air handler. So we will tell you a bit about how that works. An air handler is a crucial component of an HVAC system and is responsible for circulating air throughout a building. A typical air handler has several key parts including: Blower motor: This is the heart of the air handler and its primary function is to circulate air through the HVAC system. It is powered by an electric motor and is responsible for generating the airflow that is distributed through the ductwork. I was surprised to see that the empty building across the street very had some life in it, however that building had been abandoned for at least 6 or so years. A lot of the former suppliers did not do well in that area, and would have to shut down. The owner of the property had trouble renting the building out, and I suppose he just gave up and abandoned it, and but seemingly overnight, the new owners had the building cleaned out and looking nice. Although they hadn’t put up their sign yet, I could already tell what kind of contractor it was; It is a heating and air conditioning system business. I could tell by the many Heating, Ventilation, and A/C vans and air conditioning system trucks parked close by. This was fantastic, every one of us very really needed a heating and air conditioning company in this town… Every one of us only had one air conditioning system contractor originally, and since they were the only one, they were charging an arm and a leg just for their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C services. This new cooling company will be fresh and hopefully offer cheaper prices. The best section is that they are within walking distance to me, however so if I ever need heating and air conditioning system repair, or Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance, or really any kind of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service, the cooling tech can be here in minutes! It is good that there is a new heating business, and I have no doubt they will thrive here since every one of us are lacking in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C businesses. Too awful I don’t need any air conditioning system services any time soon, because I would enjoy to try them!

I am start to see that I am the foolish 1 in this story, then you see, our friend plus I met in middle school plus we stayed friends.

In high school, when most people was talking about careers plus their futures, I asked our friend what she was thinking of going for.

I was expecting something adequate, like a medical professional, engineer, educator etc. Instead she told me she was going to be a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional. I still remember snorting in disbelief, but of all of the things she could be, why would she choose something lowly like a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist? Worse than that, she was going to go to a trade school instead of a correct school. I couldn’t help however to shake our head. I was going to school to be a history educator, so it was obvious that I was going to be doing the better of the 2 of us. Both of us graduated, however she graduated earlier than I did. She was now respectfully a certified air conditioner specialist, plus I had our degree. Years later, she has a high paying task, as Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialists are constantly in demand. She has a nice apartment plus is not in debt. I am still paying off our debt plus I am unemployed . It turns out a lot of people want to be history educators. I now see that I was wrong all along, our friend intelligently chose a career that was constantly going to be in demand, plus was pressing in some locales. I chose something that could be discarded rather easily, and maybe I should consider being a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional as a career.

Tonight the temps are going below zero once again, below zero if you are using the Celsius scale like we do here in Europe.

• I found a really easy way to convert from Celsius to Farhenheit though, simply take the temp in Celsius and double it and then add exactly 30 to that to give you the F temp to almost exactly what it normally is with the confusing formula.

So if it is 15C, that means it would be 15 x 2 + 30 or 60F. It isn’t exact, however it is really close, and I have my heating and A/C pro acquaintance to thank for telling me the formula. If it is 78F and you want to convert back to C, simply subtract 30 from it and divide that by multiple, which would supply you 24C. The heating corporation uses that formula a lot, she told me, especially when working on a smart temperature control that is using C instead of F. I am going to be getting a zoned heating and A/C plan put in my flat at the start of next year once my crypto money has maxed out and I’ve taken it out of the purse. I want to wait till the end of this year to pull out the money because they say that is when it will reach its peak. I’d also like a mini split a/c unit for next summer time, as my room gets a bit too warm to sleep at night and I don’t want to run the main heating and A/C unit and waste a bunch of money cooling the whole flat.

We have three cats in this house, my two and my roommate’s one.

Her animal is a bit more aggressive than mine and likes to attack my cats when she gets the chance.

My cats are still really young and just want to play, however her animal is older and is more in the fighting mood most of the time it seems. So today, I am going to go to the store in a little while and get some treats for her animal to try and tame it a bit. I also have to buy a furnace filter at the local business, if they are even open today, and maybe I will get some time to disinfect the HEPA filter in the cooling system unit. Other than that, I am just going to get my writing toil done, my shopping done, and do my yoga for the afternoon before I go to the beach to watch the sun sink into the sea. I am going to meet this heating expert and we are going to watch the sunset on a bench and try to stay warm next to this gas space heating system that the city so kindly put up for people like us to stay warm. My friend and I will then come back and eat some food at my flat and maybe watch a documentary about volcanoes or something hot like that! Tomorrow I have to toil on a commercial air conditioning plan with a cooling rep for a couple of hours, and after that I am going to meet another acquaintance for a meditation session.

Well, it looks like our low for tonight is going to hit around 24F, which means that we are going to need a lot of warm blankets for sleep.

Last night was so frosty in my room that I had to sleep with the blanket over my face because my nose was getting so cold I couldn’t sleep.

I bet the temp in my room last night was around 50F, and if it gets much colder than that I really have a hard time staying asleep. Tonight is going to be colder, so I am going to run my space heating system in my room and keep all of the cats in there with us. That means we will have six of us in the small room trying to stay warm for the night. The ducts in the main heating and A/C plan have some leaks so we are not able to heat up the cabin with the electric furnace because the ducts leak too much air up in the attic and waste a lot of money in the process. I will fire up this small portable heating device once the sun goes down and get the room warm for us all before we retire for the night. I just want everyone to be warm for this really frosty night that we will all be facing. I guess the heating and A/C corporation near us is open tomorrow and I want to get a modern HEPA filter for the heating and A/C plan because the one in there now is pretty much on its last leg.
