Should have updated furnace instantaneously
When our spouse and I first moved into our home, the furnace was already seasoned and not in actually fine condition, at that time, we couldn’t afford to update the furnace, however the two of us had too many other repairs that seemed more pressing.

Every year, the HVAC contractor who handled the repair would recommend replacing the furnace. He’d warn us that the heating plan wouldn’t last much longer. The two of us were convinced we couldn’t afford a new furnace. However, the furnace eventually failed while in a blizzard over the Christmas holidays. The two of us had no option however to take out a loan and install a new furnace. The two of us were then amazed by how much lower our biweekly utility bills were, and plus, the condo was so much more comfortable. The two of us should have updated the furnace when we first moved in.
