Friends recommend a nice restaurant for our first date
I have been going on a lot of first dates lately. Some of them have gone well, but most of them have physically out before dessert. I haven’t dated anyone in 2 years. The last time I had a girlfriend, we broke up after dating for five years. We dated all through college and I wanted to stay single for a while this time. I recently started going out on my first date. One of my friends recommended a nice restaurant for a recent first date. I met a nice woman online. Her name is Rebecca. She works at the mall and we both share a love for cats, dogs, birds, and fish. Rebecca and I decided to meet at a bistro on Green Street. A friend recommended the place and told me that it had great soup and salad specials. Unfortunately, Rebecca and I must have been there on the wrong day, because the air conditioner wasn’t working very well. The indoor are inside of the restaurant was warm and stagnant. Rebecca and I tried to have a good time, but it was warm and clammy. I asked the server if we could turn down the air conditioner, and she told me they were having trouble with the cool air machine all day long. Rebecca and I barely made it to desert, before both of us were starting to perspire. We had to end the date early and go home. We were having a nice time, and I wish the air conditioner had been working. We could have sat there and talked for hours and hours.
