I am the grunt in the Heating and A/C corporation
I entirely hate laboring for the Heating and A/C company that I am laboring for; I am new to the Heating and A/C corporation.
I just graduated, and I accepted an offer from an Heating and A/C company in my town, however this Heating and A/C company pays for your training if you labor for the Heating and A/C company for the first year, and since I was not interested in paying for my own training and taking out a bunch of student loans, I decided to take the Heating and A/C company up on their offer, then however, I realized why they do this… For the first year of laboring for the Heating and A/C corporation, we do not get paid wonderful wages! Also, most people do not stay for the first year because the Heating and A/C company works us like pets.
I am the lowest Heating and A/C worker on the totem pole, and I have to do all of the grunt labor for the Heating and A/C serviceman that I am paired with. I spent a ton of time crawling through mud and water, and I got legitimately dirty. The labor that I do for the Heating and A/C serviceman is legitimately hard and overwhelming. Also, the Heating and A/C serviceman treats me badly. To the Heating and A/C servicemans, we are worse than minute-class citizens. I want to finish out the first year so that I can begin my training as an Heating and A/C serviceman, although I almost think that it might be easier to just pay for the trade school to become an Heating and A/C serviceman right now, but no amount of free Heating and A/C training is worth being abused, then what do you boys think that I should do?
