I wanted to leave my mark
For as long as I can remember I’ve been obsessed with the idea of recording my existence… I’ve typically kept journals, mementos, as well as souvenirs throughout my entire life.
I’ve had this idea that I willparticularly care about having all of these physical memories someday when I’m old as well as looking back on my experiences.
I guess that my brain cannot record everything that is happening to me, so I’ve typically wanted to make sure that I had a record to reference. I remember doing the same back when I was a child as well as the people I was with and I were living in a sizable old victorian house, then the beach loft had been outfitted with central heating as well as cooling devices just before the people I was with and I moved in, so it had an interesting current suppose despite the ancient walls. I slept in a room that was in the attic, where I had access to a lot of the HVAC ducts, however as a kid, I remember thinking that the whole situation was so passionate as I sat in my creepy attic room surrounded by sizable duct work. I also thought that the docs work provided a particular opening to leave my mark in the loft for future generations. I would consistently write notes as well as journal entries on tiny pieces of paper as well as shove them into the sizable HVAC duct system. I figured, one morning another little girl would be playing in the attic near the HVAC idea as well as find all of my tiny recordings. In a way, the people I was with and I could connect to one another through the current heating as well as cooling idea in this historic home! Well, my recordings never made it to another little girl, because an HVAC specialist got to them first. I willnever forget how crazy I felt when our heating as well as cooling specialist showed a bin full of handwritten notes to my Dad after locating them in the HVAC duct! Now, I keep my writing to myself.
