Preparing now to manage Heating and A/C cooling for the summer
I’m not sure if it’s just me moving south or what.
But I absolutely suppose as though I’ve eased up a bit. And obviously, I needed it. My wife is forever commenting on how I’m just easier now. Not sure if that’s not a backhanded compliment or not however I’ll take it. Maybe all the air conditioning has chilled me out. But for sure, I know what she’s talking about, however the little things seem to be a lot less irritating than they were for a long time. This week, I spend time with our face pointed into the sun. And it’s good. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the fact that the two of us have access to all the Heating and A/C cooling from the heat pump that the two of us will ever need. But just being in the sun all through the year really has eased me up some and I’m residing in the moment a wonderful deal more. But to be sure you’re outside while I was in the Summer comes with some acceptance of the heat level. In this area, I would say the average household has the air conditioning on for 8 months of the year. And that’s a minimum. That’s just too much to me. In our home, the two of us sort of put off the air conditioning for as long as the two of us can. This way, the two of us allow our bodies to acclimatize to the heat level a bit. And this makes a difference in the way you can approach being outside as well. When it’s nearly a hundred degrees every day for months, that 68 degree temperature control setting sure feels cool indeed.
