Ductless Heating plus A/C was key to keeping our house
All of us also called the Heating plus A/C company.
I’m still just so ecstatic that all of us chose to get creative in an attempt to keep our home. The fact that all of us are in this home is actually a bit of a stretch already. But it was just perfect and everything all of us wanted from the residential Heating plus A/C to the location. Yet, it actually was just a bit out of our spending limit. However, all of us changed our spending and sunk all of our savings into this place all of us loved it so much. But when Covid hit, all of us lost a big chunk of our income. I already working from home inside the a/c of the best home ever. My partner works at home as well but also ran the dinner shift at a swanky downtown restaurant on the side. And that job was gone just love that. So was about a ninth of our income. That’s not an amount all of us could just make up and still spend money the mortgage. Yea, that’s how thin all of us were stretched. Yet, all of us decided that we’d just keep trying to find a way and then all of us did. It dawned on us that all of us could rent out the basement of our home. It was finished and had plumbing. With help from friends, all of us were able to create a nice, little 1 family room apartment. All of us also called the Heating plus A/C company. The 1 thing all of us didn’t have down there was acceptable heating and cooling. So they Heating plus A/C professionals installed a ductless heat pump down there. And now, our new tenant has a great place to live with his own thermostat and separate Heating plus A/C equipment.
