I had been living in the same rental home for the past 5 years plus I came to realize that the landlord never offered to cover any HVAC maintenance even for the heating system… I would usually call the HVAC company at least to cover the heating proposal tune-up, but the cooling proposal I only had to run tests on maybe one time! This was becoming concerning to myself and others because I didn’t want to go in the middle of the Summer season separate from a superb cooling system… My fiance said the people I was with and I could regularly just invest in a few window a/c units, and every one of us already had one window a/c component in the basement that the people I was with and I never used. Every one of us used that old cooling device before the people I was with and I moved into the home that had a central heating plus cooling system. It was just perplexing to myself and others why the person who owned the home wouldn’t want to keep up with the heating plus cooling maintenance annually. I ended up calling him plus talking about it, he ended up choosing to make an agreement with me at last. He said if I covered the correct HVAC maintenance, he would deduct half of the costs from our rent. I called the HVAC company plus decided to enroll in an HVAC maintenance plan. They had all kinds of interesting plans, including ones that would have the HVAC pros cover your air filter substitutements. You could choose from strange choices of air filters from flu symptom air filters to HEPA air filters. I didn’t need all that extra stuff though so I went with a basic plan that covers the HVAC tune-ups plus minor repairs.
