The online reviews for HVAC companies aren’t always right
When I moved into a new area, 1 of the first things I had to do was find a nice heating, ventilation, plus A/C business; but I ran tests on the reviews for the more than two odd companies in the immediate area… It seemed that everything else was too far away.
Well, various of the companies had pretty excruciating reviews plus I thought I better steer clear of those locales… Then the last heating, ventilation, plus A/C company I ran tests on had awesome reviews, so I thought that was the evident choice.
When I had the heating, ventilation, plus A/C expert over, he wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain what he was doing, plus didn’t test the heating, ventilation, plus A/C after he was done. I’m sure he never bothered to touch the thermostat. I don’t think how other people had glowing experiences with this business, however it absolutely wasn’t the 1. Especially because our heating, ventilation, plus A/C had complications still after this supposed heating, ventilation, plus A/C expert left. I decided to just go with 1 of the other companies, it was basically a toss up plus I was expecting to be disappointed. This guy who they sent out reminded myself and others of an aged acquaintance of mine! He was certainly nice, gave energy tips plus other advice, plus he never left us in the dark about what he was doing. The other guy acted like somebody who could not be trusted plus he didn’t get nice results. This new guy though had the heating, ventilation, plus A/C cleaned out plus everything. He laughed when the two of us said the two of us just had another random heating, ventilation, plus an A/C expert came out, plus he said, “Some expert!” as he pointed out all the things that guy didn’t bother to do. One thing was not even checking the air duct which was obstructed up pretty bad. The two of us got the air duct cleaned plus even a few worn parts swapped out. The heating, ventilation, plus A/C device had no complications after that plus I made sure to write a positive review for this heating, ventilation, plus A/C business!
