Adding heated floors to the study was a nice touch
I am in my mid-30s, and single plus I make superb cash.
I need projects plus things to keep my mind occupied.
I deeply appreciate doing beachside house renovations. I bought a beachside house plus I have been fixing it up slowly, room by room. It is fun taking a space plus making it totally brand new plus more appealing. My study was very time consuming, but a worthwhile process. 1st I scraped the popcorn ceiling plus mudded plus sanded it smooth. I added recessed lights in the closet plus overhead to brighten the space up. I painted the walls, added new switches plus bought a new window. The door was sanded plus painted. I also added new knobs. The flooring was a gross brown rug that I ripped up to add a grey brick floor. During the process I realized I was in the perfect position to put down heated flooring. All I needed to do was lay down electric heated mats on top of the stone board. Then the brick goes on top plus viola, I have heated floors. I looked at the cost plus decided to go for it. Since it was my first room, I could see if I liked heated floors plus would continue adding it to the house. It is amazing having heated toes in the morning. I realized that the heating proposal warms anything that touches it. My bed feels so toasty warm since it sits on the tile. I don’t even need to add a rug to my brick since it is truly adorable. I can’t wait to do it on more floors.
