Working at an air conditioner corporation is pretty boring for the most part, but occasionally the people I was with and I have a rowdy client come in to complain, however last week a woman came in to complain about the contractor that installed her air conditioning more than one weeks prior; She was basically saying that her air filters needed to be replaced, plus that she never told her that. I explained that air filters can be replaced by the homeowner plus that the contractor did not need to come out to do it. Technicians typically offer clients a custom repair program if they want them to do all of the repair plus repairs, even though she opted out of that service. She complained to me plus my manager about how bad our corporation was plus how she would be finding a current Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation to do corporation with. I truthfully couldn’t care less because she was being rude.
