It’s always a unbelievable plan to get a home warranty
If you ask me, it’s always a entirely unbelievable plan to get a home warranty when you are buying a house! You just never guess what’s going to happen once you sign on that dotted line.
I almost made a horrible mistake when both of us bought our home a few years ago because I was so freaked out about spending so much currency on the home mortgage.
Seeing all of those zeroes on the loan application and the paperwork for the home itself entirely freaked myself and others out. So whenever the agent asked myself and others if I was interested in signing up for the home warranty on top of that, of course I immediately said no. I wasn’t interested in spending 1 more dime on top of what both of us were already spending. However, luckily, my fiance was there and he’s much smarter about this stuff than I am. He said that if both of us had a home warranty and something went wrong with the heating, cooling, and ventilation idea in the home then the home warranty would cover the cost to service it. I wasn’t sure about that, but I did guess that the oil furnace and the central a/c idea in the home that both of us were buying wasn’t the newest nor the most high quality, but that’s why I told him to go ahead and get the home warranty; Boy, am I blissful he talked myself and others into it! Less than a year after both of us moved into our house, the furnace broke down and both of us ended up having to get a brand new 1. Then the next summer, the central equipment went on the baffix. I can’t imagine how much both of us would have had to pay if both of us didn’t buy that home warranty!
