I’m always busy so I told the HVAC professional to give me his recommendation
I’m a pretty busy guy.
- I run my own contractor and I am regularly setting up appointments for various repair work and creating solutions for people.
While I cover a lot of different things, installing HVAC equipment is definitely not one of my specialties. I was able to make arrangements to have an HVAC worker come out to provide me with a free consultation, but I told the guy straight up I didn’t have time to waste. While I had this appointment with the HVAC professional, I was still busy with a few other contractors working on an important project. I let the HVAC professional know that whatever he recommended, I would go with and to please just set everything up. He gave me his recommendations in writing and had me sign an agreement to have a new HVAC system installed. I thought the estimated price was reasonable and I didn’t hesitate to sign. Before I knew it, they were installing the new HVAC system. The thing I appreciated the most was that I didn’t have to think too much about it, I could easily just focus on my work without getting involved with that sort of thing. I mean honestly, it would be good for me to learn how to do HVAC installs and service, but it just seems that there is no time for anything like that. I have too much on my plate as it is, and I make good money, so I’m not complaining. Perhaps one of these days when things start to slow down, I’ll learn more about HVAC and perhaps install a nice system like radiant heated floors or a ductless mini split.
