Garage lake house gets use thanks to Heating, Ventilation & A/C
When both of us saw this beach house the first time, my partner & I both just fell in like with it. The location was just what both of us wanted. The space, the location & the flooridea were just all near perfect. The fact that both of us had a detached garage with living quarters above it was just a bonus. But thanks to Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology, that garage lake house is getting current life & plenty of use. For years, my partner & I used the space above the garage for storage. I had the idea that perhaps I would renovate the space for something like a giant office or learn or something. However, I had a nice learn in the main beach house & it was tested with quality heating & air. The garage lake house had an old electric heating plan that didn’t labor & I found a entirely old window air conditioner in the garage. Needless to say, unless it was nice outside & you could open the windows, the garage lake house temperatures were not that comfortable. But as the teenagers grew & took over one of the guest rooms, the garage lake house needed to be utilized. So both of us had the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier come out to install a ductless mini split inside the apartment. A ductless mini split is basically a ductless heat pump. And it’s a good piece of Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology because it’s easy to install, wonderfully efficient & entirely wonderful at heating & cooling. Now, the garage lake house is a good location for Grandfatherrents when they come for a visit. They can be here & still have some privacy of their own. And the ductless heat pump makes their stay super comfortable.
