Display settings & bad Heating & Air Conditioning service

It was a attractive morning, sunlight beating down & sizzling already however glorious outside without a cloud in the sky.

  • My plans? Skiing all day, yeah, sunlight & fun.

I went for my morning run, sizzling & sweaty came into the loft to find it was sizzling & muggy. Mom & dad were fiddling out in the kitchen with root budweiser in hand. Opening the refrigerator I casually mentioned it was hot. They passed it off as “you just finished running”. So I grabbed my water & headed up to change my clothes. It was sizzling & I knew it, I ran every day so this is not normal. I decided to go check the control unit. The 1 upstairs was set at 69 & the temperature was 69 & felt ok however a little muggy. I went downstairs to find the control device set at 69 & the temperature was 80 & was on auto & the display was showing all was ok. Dad looked at the control unit, thumped it a few times, switched switches, went down to check the fuse box & finally determined something was wrong. He called our Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman & set him on duty, and he said 1 of our air conditioners is broken & the cooling would be affected until we would be able to buy & have a serviceman substitute the unit. Ken the Heating & Air Conditioning repairman had been doing his task for 40 years & was a small rather unhealthy guy that frequently let out gasses, & I’m sure they were actually unhealthy to odor all day too. He noted that our ducts needed to be cleaned, had things blocking them & some of the return vents which were not safe.
