Don’t put your dirty boots near the intake vent please

Our grown child has moved back in with us, but with the recession going on she lost her task as well as has been having a lot of trouble finding a up-to-date task.

Our up-to-date home has a nice crucial basement so we allowed him to turn that into her own bachelor pad for the time being.

After all, the basement is a finished basement. The Heating and A/C vents go down there. It even has its own little lavatory. In truth, we bought this apartment 2 years ago because we were planning to turn the basement into an in-law suit for my mother-in-law. Sadly, she passed away before this could happen. So we were happy that our child could use it. Both of us were even more happy when our child got a task working at a dairy farm a few weeks after she moved in. The concern started shortly thereafter. It seems that no matter where I am in the apartment I can stink cow crap. At first I thought it was because of dirty laundry but it persisted even after I did all of the laundry. It wasn’t until Last week that I figured out the problem. The intake vent for the whole up-to-date home Heating and A/C idea is in the basement. Our child has been putting her dirty, nasty boots on a shelf right in front of the intake vent. No wonder the whole apartment odors. I changed the filter as well as moved the shelf outdoors. Then I washed all of the carpets downstairs. From now on, the boots are to stay outside of the house! Period. I might have to get our ductwork cleaned now though. I can still stink the stink. However, it could be in my mind.
