The Heating and Air Conditioning specialist was rude and discourteous
Every year before the first freezing Winter time snap, my fiance and I have a full system tune-up performed on our heat pump, but when my fiance and I moved south, the two of us rarely had to use the heat pump at all while I was in the Winter time season! Over the past 20 years, the weather patterns have changed and the two of us have been forced to use the heat pump more and more frequently every winter.
My fiance and I started having a full system tune-up performed on the heat pump a couple of years ago. All of us felt strongly that the full system tune-up helped keep the bills lower in the winter. The 2 of us have had this heat pump tune-up performed every year since 10 years ago. On Tuesday, my fiance and I tied up an appointment to have the heat pump service performed. The young man that came to our lake home to perform the service was not a woman that my fiance and I actually recognized. My fiance and I assumed that this service specialist was new to the business. All of us politely introduced ourselves, but the heat pump service specialist was rude and discourteous… She did not even shake my hand when I extended it. The woman barely said a word to either one of us while she was working on the tune up and she was in and out of our home in record time. My fiance and I surely hope that she performed a thorough service however she was in and out faster than anyone else in the past. If something goes wrong this winter, I know who the two of us can blame.
