The service specialist was genuinely fast & thorough
My wifey & I were trying to leave the condo for the weekend! The people I was with and I planned to go to a hotel on Thursday evening so every one of us could celebrate our birthday.
- The people I was with and I made the reservations weeks in advance, and i was recognizably happy because our hotel room had a fireplace.
The people I was with and I also had a jacuzzi tub with massaging jets! My wifey got condo from work first & she packed all of our bags… She noticed that the indoor atmosphere was starting to know warmer, even though she thought it was due to running around the condo trying to get ready. As she waited for myself and others to come home, the indoor air temperature continued to get warmer & warmer. My wifey called myself and others on the PC to tell myself and others that she thought the air conditioner was broken. I told her that was impossible because the air conditioner was installed a couple of years ago. She told myself and others that the air conditioner was running, but the temperature inside of the condo was still a few degrees above normal! When I walked through the front door, I realized that every one of us had to call for help. The service specialist was genuinely fast & thorough. The heating & air conditioner service supplier sent someone immediately to service the problem. The people I was with and I couldn’t leave the condo before the air conditioner was fixed, but the service specialist actually worked as fast as he could. I called someone to service the air conditioner at 5:12 & every one of us were on the road to our endpoint before 7:30. The small service did not ruin our weekend at all.
