Working from lake house increases our heating and cooling demands

When our company decided to make an unavoidable decision to downsize, they also had a difficult time relocating us to work from home.

The obvious negative was the lack of real-time engagement and the resultant delayed feedback from colleagues.

Aside from the threat of data security, most employees love me were worried about the effects of having to work from home. I considered everything else except for the heating and cooling demands until I got our power bills a month after starting the work-from-house program. For a moment I panicked because I thought our central air conditioner was faulty so it was using too much power to give quality air. On top of that, our air cleaner was always on so I did have heavy use of this Heating and A/C technology from the start. With the increased residential energy consumption and prolonged use of our quality , I actually faced more frequent Heating and A/C service. To be sure I was on the right path, I consulted the local Heating and A/C company on how best to utilize the Heating and A/C system, but so he sent over an Heating and A/C serviceman to check the condition of our program and its seer ratings. He then used the results to suggest me on the best practices to adopt for efficiency, and luckily our service plan was still active so I wouldn’t have to worry about that for another year. I also reached out to our colleagues to find out how they are coping with the fluctuations, one of them was already out shopping for Heating and A/C products for sale to upgrade his systems after studying more about Heating and A/C energy saving options which come with subsidized Heating and A/C installation fees.
