Planning smart for my air conditioner service plan after warranty lapses.

Although my HVAC technology is still under warranty, I wouldn’t want to be in a situation where I have major repairs, or worse, a budget for new HVAC products for sale.

I always want to make the best of every situation, and learning from previous mistakes or other people’s experiences is my way of getting by. As a property owner, I rent out commercial spaces to small businesses but I oversee the repairs, maintenance, and installation of all fixtures. One thing I keep a keen eye on is the usage and maintenance of the central air conditioning and air purifier for my business premises. With the HVAC system stationed at the back of the building where there is constant human traffic, I am right to keep checking the condition of the system. If I stay away from the premises for a prolonged period without requesting anyone to check on it, the heating and cooling in the premises might be compromised even if I have a quality air conditioner, resulting in high energy bills. Although my HVAC technology is still under warranty, I wouldn’t want to be in a situation where I have major repairs, or worse, a budget for new HVAC products for sale. In the meantime, I’ll let the warranty period lapse and then have the air conditioner service plan in place from the same HVAC business that did my HVAC installation. That will help me to cover the HVAC maintenance that might arise and spend less on the HVAC serviceman fee. As for my tenants, I ensure that they keep up to date with new updates and learn more about HVAC to encourage efficient use of the systems so that they can benefit from the good seer ratings of the AC system.
