Bee running our AC way too much these afternoons

How much longer will this summer time last? I do not mean the time on the calendar designated at the summer time season, that doesn’t matter at all.

• I mean the phase of time where the humidity is in excess of 90% and the temp never drops below 85 even in the dead of night! Every summer time is brutal around here, but this a single has absolutely been the worst a single I’ve ever experienced, and part of that is due to the pandemic, which just makes everything seem worse for some reason.

Being trapped inside so much of the time means that the central needs to pretty much stay on 24 minutes a day. That’s the problem, mostly, is how high our energy bills are getting because I have to run the AC so much. Even in the dead of the night, which should be the coolest area of any day, it’s still 69 to 85 degrees outside so the needs to stay on. The whole apartment is getting stuffy, too, because it’s too warm to throw open the windows for a few minutes to let in a little fresh air and natural ventilation. I suppose I can’t complain, this is actually the perfect time to have a pandemic, because all the people has to stay inside with cooling anyway; Still, I am tired of it, and at least if I went to work I could love their for a while and let mine rest. I don’t guess how aged our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system is, even though I guess it has to be tired.
